My family and I have been purchasing investment properties with Brian Gaffney for three years now. Over the years my family and I have come to trust in Brian so strongly that he has free rain to speak on our behalf. "Ever the gentlemen but always the watchdog." For first time buyers I must say first and foremost investment properties is not a stress free environment and in my most stressful times Brian has always been right there at my side to help out in any way he could. He has gone above and beyond his "call of duty" so to speak. In helping us find a great property manager and contractors when needed. All of these things are not his responsibility but I believe he did this for one main reason, We showed him utmost respect, loyalty and trust and he showed us his gratitude and that it wasn't misplaced. Your faith in him is well placed in my opinion. I also recommend Brian and Nick to everyone I meet interested in real state.
The last three years have been a great experience for us and we have built a life long lasting relationship with Brian and company so if it hasn't been said to you all before, I'll say it to you here.
